Qu’elles sont vos missions ?
Vous aurez principalement à conduire les trains de fret sur le réseau ferré avec professionnalisme et à réaliser les opérations de sécurité liées à la fonction de conducteur(trice) dans le respect de la réglementation.
- Assurer la conduite des trains Fret et la manœuvre des wagons dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur tout en garantissant la sécurité des personnes, des biens et de l’environnement,
- Assurer les opérations techniques et logistiques (vérifications et maintenances courantes des engins moteurs, essais de freins, des accouplements / désaccouplements, …),
- Participer de façon active à la sécurité des circulations et à la qualité du service de l’entreprise en remontant les informations opérationnelles,
- Réaliser ponctuellement les opérations au sol dans le cadre de votre polyvalence
Comme nos trains circulent à toute heure du jour (et de la nuit), vous travaillerez selon des horaires variés dont en partie les jours fériés, les nuits et week-end.
Quel est votre profil ?
Diplômé(e) d’une formation de bac (obligatoire) à bac +2 avec idéalement une orientation électrique, mécanique, électrotechnique, vous êtes attiré(e) par le secteur ferroviaire. Une première expérience professionnelle est un plus.
Vous disposez d’une parfaite condition physique en raison des tests médicaux stricts et réglementaires (daltonisme, vue, audition, cœur, substances psycho actives…).
Responsable et autonome, vous avez pleinement conscience des contraintes du métier et acceptez les horaires décalés, le travail la nuit et les week-ends.
Vous êtes obligatoirement mobile géographiquement et êtes prêt à déménager sur d’autres régions de France, ce qui représente un point essentiel dans le processus de sélection.
Vous êtes nécessairement titulaire du permis B
Vous êtes prêt à suivre une formation intensive de 8 mois.

The objective of the Customer Care Representative is to interact with customers in order to facilitate them doing business with our company – e.g. by translating contracts into bookings, answering questions, resolving support issues and by nurturing relationships. Customer Care works in the Simply Deliver platform as central internal platform. An Online booking tool will be used to provide (self-) service in an automated, digital way as much as possible. Next to this, Customer Care is responsible to create a lock-in and loyalty effect by providing state-of-the-art service recovery solutions in case of irregularities and by implementing a voice-of-the-customer program incl. feed-back loops into the organization.
The Customer Care Representative will be the face of the company and is an important link in the logistics chain. From the request till the arrival at the customer, s(he) will ensure a good flow and tuning between commercial and operations. The Customer Care Representative will ensure that information flows smoothly and keep track of everything administratively.
Satisfying customers – For our customers, you will actually be our company. Once they have placed their order, you will monitor our internal processes and adapt them to suit the customer.
You will coordinate specific transport services for different customers, which may be based both nationally and internationally. You will be able to manage capacity (filling level) and to adjust or draw up plans in consultation with the customer.
Producing consignment notes – You will take charge of the administrative task of drawing up consignment notes. You will help come up with digitization ideas for every step in the process.
Problem-solving ability – You will be able to put out fires if necessary. Need to find a solution to get your transport moving? You will easily get to the bottom of the issue so that this works out fine.
Reporting – You will monitor the quality of our service to the customer by means of standardized reports.
Working in various systems – You will manage to switch smoothly between the various systems, understanding exactly what each system does.
Link between the commercial and the operational – You will adapt the information that you receive to suit the various departments between Lineas and the joint venture
Optimizing processes – You will not be satisfied with simply following processes mindlessly. Do you think that things could be better? Quicker? Easier? If so, you will consult your colleagues and customers and look for concrete improvements.
Planning of open trains – You will take care of planning the open trains.

Als ervaren Work Train Driver ben je in het bezit van een vergunning van treinbestuurder en aanvullend bevoegdheidsbewijs (brevet B2). In de uitoefening van deze job bestuur je werktreinen en voertuigen op het spoor die instaan voor het onderhoud van de infrastructuur, zowel van de bovenleidingen als van de sporen. Je staat ook in voor de bediening van de werktuigen, dit op in dienst of buiten dienst gestelde sporen.
